神经环路发育与疾病研究室

研究内容:
主要研究神经环路发育和相关神经精神疾病,以斑马鱼为主要模式生物,致力于:
1)神经环路发育过程中,轴突生长导向的分子和细胞机制;
2)神经环路发育障碍相关神经精神疾病,从分子、细胞到环路层面阐明致病机理;
3)建立神经精神疾病模型,充分利用斑马鱼的独特优势,进行高通量药物筛选。

研究贡献:  
1) 发现腺苷酸环化酶在神经轴突导向中扮演重要角色,干扰该酶的表达导致视神经不能正常穿越中线转而投射到同侧脑区;
2) 阐明了G蛋白偶联受体(GPCR)信号通路在轴突导向中的作用机制,发现GPCR-cAMP信号通路通过调节轴突导向因子受体表达水平,进而调控轴突生长和导向。
